The gradual increase in exercise intensity and the consistent inclusion of cognitive challenges were advocated as strategies to enhance brain activity.
Michelle also highlighted the availability of community resources, online classes, and in-person programs to offer support and guidance to those with Parkinson's disease seeking to maintain an active lifestyle.
