Preparing for a Neurology Appointment with ParkiTrack (2022)

This webinar highlighted the ParkiTrack booklet, developed by Parkinson's Quebec and endorsed by Parkinson Society BC, as a valuable tool for tracking symptoms and preparing for neurologist appointments. The booklet, available for download or as a hard copy, includes sections for assessing medication effectiveness, monitoring meal and medication timing, and recording symptoms and observations, along with information on different symptom control states and identifying involuntary movements.
