Join Rheanna for a four-part series of 60-minute gentle chair yoga sessions designed to warm your body and encourage movement in stiff joints and muscles. This fully seated class will bring awareness to all your limbs, providing you with valuable skills to integrate into your daily routines and morning practices.
Rheanna, with a decade of yoga experience and recent certification in yoga teacher training, has a personal connection to Parkinson's through her father, Victor, who lives with the disease. She believes in the transformative power of movement and play to bring joy and focus into our lives.
Please note: Participation in the exercise program will be done at your own risk within your home. Please ensure you have the space needed to follow the exercises and that there are no obstacles or barriers in your way. The classes are meant for general information and usage only.
