Exercise Class: Strong, Stable, & Mindful (Level 2)

Join us for this five-session, Level 2 (moderately-paced and moderate-intensity class; suitable for those who are looking for a progression from Level 1) series designed to help you build core strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, and relieve stress. Each session includes:
- Warm-Up: Connection and breathwork
- Yoga Poses: Seated and standing, using a chair for support
- Mindfulness: Affirmations and meditation
- Rest: Guided savasana
Using the support of a chair, this class encourages independence while promoting safe, mindful movement.
Who Is This For?
This class is ideal for individuals seeking a supportive, accessible yoga practice that builds functional strength and emphasizes the body-mind connection.
About the Instructor
Danya Nonis is a yoga teacher and certified C-IAYT yoga therapist. She has experience working with individuals with neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, in movement-based programs and continues to train in specialized techniques. Her trauma-informed, pain-aware teaching style supports individuals in finding comfort and ease in both body and mind.
